The Meera Gandhi Show premiered on May 28th 2017 and is currently airing on Sundays at 10am. The aim of the show is to encourage people to live a life of positivity, spiritual understanding and inner peace. Globally recognized and award-winning influencer, humanitarian and philanthropist, Meera Gandhi is awesome, and refreshingly candid as the show goes in-depth into one-on-one interviews with significant influencers from all walks of life : friends, healers, spiritual gurus, politicians, diplomats, actors and lawyers. The key of the show is to re-discover tools to de-stress and live a more joyful, positive life. The show combined with amazing individuals gives us an exciting, moving glimpse into a happier way to live life. He explains how creativity contributes to peacefulness and why the human spirit needs to be able to express itself creatively. Former fashion director and current head of her own mentoring group, LaVelle Olexa discusses how she uses her background in fashion to encourage creativity in the young ladies she mentors. Meera recites her favorite childhood poem. An inspiring and fun episode!

Chef Kunal gives tips on how to make better food choices in today's society where people are eating out more and more due to work and travel. An enlightening episode!

Meera heads upstate to the beautiful and historic town of Hudson, New York to talk about REVITALIZATION. She talks to an old friend from Boston University Business School, Tracy Young Content, about revitalization through one's fashion choices at Tracy's hat shop Millinery Treasures. Meera explores revitalization through art with Montana Beutler from The Heather James Gallery. Ground breaking architect and artist Tarik Currimbuoy talks about how history and infrastructure see's revitalizations, especially within the historic town of Hudson. A very thoughtful and humanistic episode!

Episode 8  :: Karma & Destiny

 

Meera introduces the topics of KARMA & DESTINY and explores how they are reflected in life at Chaiwali restaurant in Harlem, NYC. Chef extraordinaire and owner Anita Trehan and top Manhattan broker from the esteemed Douglass Elliman, Lisa Simonsen sit down with Meera and chat about their own karma and destinies. The amazing Harlem Youth Gospel Choir sings the inspiration song, "This Little Light of Mine" to close the show. Book recommendations: Man's Eternal Quest by Sri Sri Paramhansa Yogananda. Episode 6 :: Happiness

Meera Gandhi discusses HAPPINESS in scenic waterfront Williamsburg, Brooklyn with dancer Jules Bakshi. Meera attends on of Jules’ infamous feel good dance classes and dances with Jules on the show! They speak about what tools we can use in our lives daily to stay happy and the importance of relating to the world from a happy space. Meera’s Mom and Dad are featured in the music segment called “Daddy O Daddy” – Famous soundtrack and music by Hong Kong Musician and businessman David Harilela.

Meera Gandhi explores the topic of FREEDOM in Dumbo, Brooklyn, to the backdrop of soft rain falling and the true beauty of nature. Many types of freedom are discussed, concluding that freedom of the mind, is one that is most important in life! Academy Award winning musician Tim Fain talks with Meera on the show about freedom in his music and plays live on the show; his new hit single “Freedom.”

Episode 4 :: Peace

Meera Gandhi explores the topic of PEACE, and talks about the importance of taking quiet time to restore balance to one’s life. Shot at the beautiful and historic Ledgewood Estate in upstate New York, Meera speaks with ordained Buddhist monk Aria Das. Book recommendations Mindful Walking by Hugh O’Donovan and The Way of Serenity by Father Jonathan Morris are featured. Woodstock music group Transcend Gentleman perform Wayfaring Stranger.

The third episode on Celebration, shot on location in the stunning Central Park, NYC - Meera Gandhi talks about celebrating life with owner of Oui 2 PR,  Rob Goldstone. Meera Gandhi discusses Compassion and interviews a young millennial Mike Tolkin who is running for Mayor of New York City in 2017. Fitness fashion company Bandier connects lifestyles with clothes on the show. The amazing Madam Gandhi, performs her empowering hit single song “The Future is Female,” which is also available for streaming on Spotify.
